21st Century Skills Workshop: “Learn the skills of the future today!”
Organized under the motto “21st Century Skills Workshop: Learn the skills of the future today!”, the event will feature Koray Eti, a chemical engineer and environmental & energy engineer with over 39 years of international experience, as the keynote speaker. Having held senior executive positions at institutions such as Koç Holding, RHG Enertürk Enerji, Amec Foster Wheeler, and Fichtner, Eti will share his expertise on strategy, leadership, and innovation management. Enriched with case studies from biotechnology and renewable energy, a panel discussion, and a Q&A session, the program will focus on key future competencies such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, digital literacy, adaptability, stress management, and networking. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, between 10:00 and 12:00 at the YDO Conference Hall. Participation is free of charge, open to everyone, and does not require prior registration.
