The Publication Acceptance of Assoc. Prof. Orkide COŞKUNER WEBER and Her Team in International SCI Indexed Journal

The scientific publication titled "Key Genes and Pathways in the Molecular Landscape of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma: A Bioinformatics and Machine Learning Study" has been accepted for publication in the SCI indexed journal Computational Biology and Chemistry.
Department of Molecular Biotechnology Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Orkide COŞKUNER WEBER led the study with her group members, Semih ALPSOY, Research Assistant of the Department of Molecular Biotechnology, Sinan EYÜBOĞLU, undergraduate student of the Department of Molecular Biotechnology, and Prof. Dr. Vladimir N. UVERSKY from the University of South Florida, USA. In the study, key genes and pathways associated with the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer were identified and shown to have the potential to be used as molecular biomarkers.
